The PATON AC/DC TIG 200 is a 230V high frequency single-phase dual-process welder. It is capable of high frequency pulse AC/DC TIG with a range of adjustable parameteres such as Pre Gas Time, Start Current, Up Slope and Down Slope Time, Finish Current Level and Post Gas Time. Its 200 amp output allows for welding of up to 6mm thick mild steel with DEEP PENETRATION whilst its very stable "low end" current allows for welding of very thin materials like car panels and sheet metal. The Paton AC/DC TIG is capable of welding mild steel, stainless steel & aluminium (with correct settings & gas selection). It boasts a 2T/4T option with an optional extra of a prescision foot control pedal. Overall, it is a great solution for maintenance, DIY and continuous heavy production welding.
