This kit is used to upgrade your existing Hot Devil portable oxy welding kit to use a high-pressure oxygen cylinder.
This kit contains our custom 3mm barb we had made for this conversion.
Upgrading to this kit will provide you with 5 x MORE GAS than the standard Hot Devil Bottle
Instructions
Step 1 - Cut the old nut and barb off the oxygen hose
Step 2 - Slip provided clamp over hose end
Step 3 - Insert nut and barb into hose
Step 4 - Pinch clamp down onto hose and barb
Step 5 - Connect regulator onto cylinder as per
instructions provided. Note: Do not over tighten the regulator as the seal can be crushed.
Step 6 - Attach nut onto regulator and adjust gas
pressure. Be sure to leak check new
connections
