Techalloy 99 - 4.54Kg Pack Ni99 2.4mm TIG Filler Rods for Cast Iron

Lincoln Techalloy 99 is used for TIG and MIG welding of cast iron. This wire is extensively employed to repair grey iron castings. It can also be used for overlay and buildup. A preheat and inter-pass temperature of 350°F (175°C) minimum is recommended during welding. Dilution from the casting influences the mechanical properties of the metal. Due to the high nickel content, the welds are readily machineable.
