15kg - 1.6mm Welding Alloys Hardfacing CN-O GASLESS MIG Wire

Welding Alloys CN-O is a Self-Shielding, High carbon, chromium and Niobium alloyed wire designed for application where severe high stress and abrasion is combined with low to medium impact at temperatures not exceeding 400 C.

The deposits contain high chromium cast iron deposits containing a high proportion of hard primary chromium carbides in a tough austenitic matrix. 

The weld deposit can be stress relieved and are not machinable.

The deposits resist extreme conditions of abrasion and impact up to 450°C 

This flux cored wire produces a small amount of slag that is easily removed.

Relief checking in normal noticed as visible cracks in weld deposit which may occur as cooling.
